We only collect the data you give us when you get in touch:
- When you book a call: your name, email, business name, WhatsApp number if you share it and anything you write in the notes.
- When you request an audit: your name, email, website address, business type, main goal and WhatsApp number if you share it.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: your number or address and whatever you send us.
This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we measure visits, we use cookieless analytics that don't identify people.
why we use it.
We use your data to reply to you, prepare and hold the call, send you the audit and, if we work together, prepare the proposal and the project.
We process it because you give it to us when requesting a call or an audit (your consent) and to take the steps before a possible contract.
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
who processes it.
We work with providers that process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service:
- Booking tool: stores your booking and sends the confirmation.
- Email provider: to write to you and receive your messages.
- Hosting provider: hosts this site and processes the forms.
- Automation tools: notify us when a request arrives.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers may be outside your country. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.
how long we keep it.
We keep call and audit requests for up to 12 months if we don't start a project, then delete them.
If we work together, we keep project data for the length of the relationship and as long as the law requires for invoicing and accounting.

You can ask us at any time to:
- See what data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it's wrong.
- Delete it.
- Object to or restrict a use of it.
- Receive it in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Withdraw your consent, without affecting what we did before.
We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
